Application Klüber SYNTHESO GLEP 1
SYNTHESO GLEP has been designed for the lubrication of metal – metal; elastomer – metal, plastic – metal, plastic – plastic sliding material combinations. The product is typically used in the automotive industry as assembly grease for plain bearings, e.g. in brake and clutch systems for linear motion in contact with brake fluids DOT 3, 4 and 5.1. Application examples: guide bushes and bolts, EPDM and SBR seals, clutch master and slave cylinders, corrosion protection of brake pad supports in disc brake calipers, brake boosters and noise reduction in elastic axle bearings, seals of steering columns. In such applications, SYNTHESO GLEP 1 facilitates assembly and provides reliable lubrication. Due to its good resistance to EPDM elastomers, SYNTHESO GLEP 1 is mainly used in car brakes as it offers good advantages versus silicone greases, like better load-carrying capacity, good adhesion and compatibility with electric contacts.

Application Klüber Summit SB 68
Klüber Summit SB oils have been especially designed for screw-type compressors subject to high loads. They are used for oil change intervals up to 8,000 operating hours in air compressors. Klüber Summit SB oils can be used for compressors that were previously run with mineral oils. Klüber Summit SB oils are neutral towards most elastomer seals used in air compressors, therefore leakage is not to be expected. Klüber Summit SB oils offer good oxidation stability due to the synthetic base oil content, thus minimising oxidation residues in the compressors and extending oil change intervals and the service life of oil filters and separators. Special inhibitors contained in the oil keep the inside of compressors clean and ensure a high efficiency. Owing to the evaporation stability of the base oil, the oil vapour content in the compressed air can be reduced several-fold compared to conventional mineral oils. This contributes to a reduction of oil consumption and clean compressed air; it also helps to prevent gumming of pneumatic valves in the compressed air circuit.

Klüberoil Tex 1-... oils lubricate needles, sinkers, couplings, needle cams, cylinders, dials and sinker rings in knitting machines and protect them against wear. In addition, they ensure clean needle grooves and help to extend needle and sinker life. A reduction in the operating temperature of your knitting machines is possible owing to the good anti-wear properties of the oils. Klüberoil Tex 1-... N oils are compatible with elastane fibres and commonly used synthetic fibres as well as sealing materials and plastics. Klüberoil Tex 1-... N oils are available in the viscosity grades ISO VG 22, 32 and 46 and can therefore be used for circular and flat-bed knitting machines. Klüberoil Tex 1-… N- oils are tested and approved by leading knitting machine manufacturers.
