Performance Bio HE is miscible with hydraulic fluids based on mineral oil and vegetable or synthetic esters. Nevertheless, when switching from mineral oil based hydraulic fluids to Performance Bio HE it is recommended to empty the system completely as mixing with mineral oil reduces biodegradability and may lead to foaming problems. Performance Bio HE meets the requirements according to VDMA 24568 for a HEES (Hydraulic Environmental Ester Synthetic).
