Application Klüber Klüberlub BE 41-1501

Klüberlub BE 41-1501 was developed for highly-loaded large rolling bearings running at low speeds as well as toothed gear systems such as industrial and rail traction gear couplings. Typical applications and requirements include: spherical roller bearings in roller presses, bowl mill crushers and rotary crushers in the mining and base materials industries. The operating conditions of roller bearings require use of a heavy-duty grease with high base oil viscosity with suitability for the following conditions: – low speed, n = 10-30 rpm – high load, P/C = 0.25 - 0.50 – bearing temperature approx. 50-70 °C – shock loading and vibration Owing to its excellent lubricating properties, Klüberlub BE 41-1501 can also be used successfully for the lubrication of pivoting bearings, plain bearings and industrial gear couplings.

Klüberpaste 46 MR 401 is especially suitable as an assembly lubricant in frictional connections and for thin-film lubrication of all friction points subject to very high pressure loads, low sliding speed, high wear, Stick-Slip and tribo-corrosion. Typical applications include: press fit assembly of pins and bolts, mounting of rolling bearings, wheels and flanges, lubrication of rolling and plain bearings operating at very low speeds. Klüberpaste 46 MR 401 is also suitable to prevent running-in damage and stick-slip in components such as threaded spindles, spline shafts, ball and socket joints and rod end bearings. Its good compatibility with plastics facilitates the lubrication of radial shaft seals (o-rings, v-rings, sealing cups) made of rubber-elastic materials for extended lifetime. Owing to the many different elastomer and plastic compositions, we recommend compatibility be checked prior to series application.

Klüberpaste ME 31-52 can be used for the assembly of frictional connections, e.g. annular springs or split taper sleeves, and positive connections, e.g. bearing seats, profiled guides, etc. The product has proven particularly successful in the lubrication of clamping chucks. High precision and constant clamping forces are essential requirements in chucks. Any decrease of the clamping force may cause tools or workpieces to become loose. Klüberpaste ME 31-52 improves the sliding behavior of moving chuck components, enables a good transmission of clamping forces and may therefore be used in all types of chucks, such as scroll, cam and spiral chucks. Because of the raw materials used, Klüberpaste ME 31-52 complies with the current chemicals law. It prevents stick-slip and protects against tribo- and fretting corrosion in frictional or positive connections.

Klüber Summit HySyn oils can be used for oil-injected screwtype compressors, reciprocating piston compressors and centrifugal compressors. Klüber Summit HySyn FG oils are intended for use in compressors of the food-processing and pharmaceutical industry requiring oil-free compressed air (without oil vapour which cannot be removed by the oil separator). Klüber Summit HySyn FG oils can also be used for the lubrication of gears in oil-free screw-type compressors.
