The oils of the RENOLIN UNISYN XT series are used for all applications in industry where a synthetic oil of the CLP type according to DIN 51517-3 is recommended by the manufacturer. Highly-stressed bearings, joints, pressure screws, spur gears, worm gears and planetary gears can be reliably, safely and economically supplied even at short-term peak temperatures up to 150 °C.

Mobil Rarus™ 829

Compressor oil for piston compressors

Main applications of Mobil Rarus ™ 829 are:

• + All types of air compressors, but specifically recommended for a reciprocating air compressor
• + Units that work under severe conditions
• + Multistage units with a history of excessive oil degradation of products based on mineral oil
• + They can be used for the lubrication of cylinders and crankcases
• + Compressor systems with critical gears and bearings
• + Compressors used in stationary and mobile applications

The Mobil Rarus 829 oils are recommended for single and multi-stage air compressors but are not recommended for air compressors used in compressed breathing air applications. They are particularly effective for continuously high temperatures with discharge temperatures of up to 200ºC.

GLEITMO 810 field of applications:

GLEITMO 810 is used for assembly and relubrication of machine elements (not for roller bearings) which are subjected to high pressure, shock loads and vibrating or oscillating movements. The PLANTOSYN HVI products should be used where oil leakage or oil spillage will give a soil or water pollution. Application CASTROL Spheerol™ BNS 2

Spheerol BNS 2 is suitable for the lubrication of bearings at high temperatures, such as soot blower bearings, in carriages for hardening, drying in tunnel ovens, also in bearings of bitumen mixing plants, cranes in foundries, etc. Spheerol BNS 2 can be used at a temperature range of -20ºC to +150ºC, and for short periods at a temperature range of up to +220ºC.
