Castrol Hyspin HVI 46 D also incorporates lubricity additives to give smooth slideway motion on the combined hydraulic and slideway lubrication systems of some grinding and gear cutting machine tools. Castrol HLP-D fluids contain detergency additives which maintain dirt and oil oxidation products in suspension, preventing them from settling out and forming deposits which could impair the free operation of valves, leading to erratic system operation. Due to its high load carrying capacity and its water resistance Spheerol LZ is suited for the universal use in building site operations and in all transport devices. In addition it can be used in machines of the agricultural and forestry sector and also for demanding grease lubrication points in industrial gearboxes. Spheerol LZ is particularly suited for highly loaded rolling and plain bearings in a wet and dusty environment (e.g. universal joints, wheel hubs, sprockets, steering racks, etc.). The temperature range for this grease lies between - 20 °C and + 120 °C (for a short time even 130°C).
