Total Dynatrans ACX 10W

Lubricant for hydraulic systems and transmission components (axles or gearboxes) equipped with specific brake friction discs

Applications TTotal Dynatrans ACX 10W

• TOTAL DYNATRANS ACX 10W, 30 & 50 are adapted to hydraulic systems, Powershift gearboxes, axles and final drives when the manufacturer recommends a fluid meeting CAT TO-4 or one of the above mentioned specifications.
• TOTAL DYNATRANS ACX is recommended for Mining, Earthmoving and Construction machinery between -20°C and +50°C : SAE 10W grade is mainly used in hydraulic systems; SAE 30 grade is mainly used in Powershift gearboxes; SAE 50 grade is mainly used in axles and final drives
• TOTAL DYNATRANS ACX 10W and 30 should be used in replacement of CATERPILLAR HYDO Advanced 10, 20 and 30, with a drain interval extension up to 3000 working hours and more, within regular oil analysis.

• MULTIS COMPLEX SHD 220 is a very high performance synthetic grease recommended for the lubrication in all industrial applications under severe conditions and more especially designed in case of high temperature applications in which a lithium grease or a conventional complex lithium grease is not sufficient
• MULTIS COMPLEX SHD 220 is a grease offering an excellent protection of bearings subjected to high loads and slow to moderate rotational speeds. Is also suitable for applications under wet conditions. Could be used in case of plastic contacts.
• MULTIS COMPLEX SHD 220 is especially designed for dry section in papermaking industry, in particular felt rolls. Moreover, the low volatility of the synthetic base oil together with the excellent high temperature properties enable maximization of the lubrication intervals.
• MULTIS COMPLEX SHD 220 is recommended for temperatures between -50°C and +160°C.

Applications TOTAL MULTIS EP 00

• MULTIS EP 00 is especially developed for the lubrication of closed gears, can also be used for chassis lubrication by means of a centralized system for which NLGI 00 grade greases are recommended.
• Central lubrication systems found on trucks, off-road vehicles used in agriculture civil engineering, and industry.
• Always avoid contamination of the grease by dust and/or dirt when applying. Preferably use a pneumatic pump system.

• Total Traxium GEAR 9 FE 75W-80 is a synthetic based lubricant for manual and automated gearboxes, whether synchronized or non- synchronized, running under the most severe conditions of load, speed and temperature.
• Total Traxium GEAR 9 FE 75W-80 is specifically developed for all ZF gearboxes with or without Intarder allowing a drain interval up to 540.000 km. This lubricant is particularly suited for latest Z F gearboxes with Carbon synchronization (ZF TE-ML 01E) and for ZF gearboxes with Molybdenum synchronization (ZF TE-ML 02E).
• Total Traxium GEAR 9 FE 75W-80 is a lubricant with VOLVO 97307 approval (Drain interval up to 400.000 km).
• Total Traxium GEAR 9 FE 75W-80 is developed for MAN 341 type Z5 approval (Drain interval up to 500.000 km) with or without Intarder.
• Total Traxium GEAR 9 FE 75W-80 is also approved for retarder application VOITH CLASS C, MAN 341 type VR, MB-Approval 235.29 with the maximum drain interval of 240.000 km.
• Total Traxium GEAR 9 FE 75W-80 is particularly suitable for extended drain intervals on gearboxes of commercial vehicles from Renault Trucks, DAF, Iveco and for all commercial vehicles equipped with manual and automated gearboxes and any application requiring an API GL-4 level of performance.

CIRKAN RO oils are mineral oils containing additives with appropriate viscosities for lubricating moving parts operating under severe temperature conditions:

• fluid grades: systems operating at high speed: textile machinery, machine tools, and hydraulic circuits requiring a category HL oil.

Applications Total Dynatrans VX FE

• TOTAL DYNATRANS VX FE has been especially developed for transmissions with wet brakes requiring an API GL-4 lubricant in Off-Road vehicles (Public Works machinery, agricultural equipment…). It can be used in applications where an SAE 5W oil of this type is needed.
