Mobil Zerice S products are recommended for all types of refrigeration compressors: piston compressors as well as rotary screw compressors. They are very suitable for refrigerants based on chlorofluorocarbons and, under certain conditions, also with ammonia in compressors of certain manufacturers. Mobil Zerice S products should not be used with sulphur dioxide and R134A refrigerants. The viscosity grade should be selected according to the recommendations of the compressor manufacturer.

Application CASTROL Performance Bio HE 46

Performance Bio HE 46 is intended for use in all hydraulic systems, where there is a risk that leaking fluid will contaminate ground water and the sewage system, such as in earthmoving machinery, refuse collection lorries, agricultural and forestry machinery, rail vehicles, presses and wrapping machines. Thanks to the carefully selected base oil, it can be used up to +120 °C. The viscosity index has a high value which means that the viscosity of the product depends relatively little on the temperature. The environmentally friendly nature, measured according to the CEC L-33-A-93 test is >90%. Performance Bio HE46 is not miscible with water. Performance Bio HE 46 is miscible with hydraulic fluids based on mineral oil and vegetable or synthetic esters. Nevertheless, when switching from mineral oil based hydraulic fluids to Performance Bio HE 46 it is recommended to empty the system completely as mixing with mineral oil reduces biodegradability and may lead to foaming problems. Performance Bio HE 46 meets the requirements according to VDMA 24568 for a HEES (Hydraulic Environmental Ester Synthetic).

Application Klüber Summit SH 46

Klüber Summit SH oils have been designed especially for the lubrication of highly loaded, oil-injected screw-type compressors with oil change intervals up to 10,000 operating hours. Klüber Summit SH oils can also be used for compressors that were previously run with mineral oils. They are neutral towards most elastomer seals used in air compressors, therefore leakage is not to be expected. Klüber Summit SH 32 is especially suitable for centrifugal compressors and Klüber Summit SH 100 for reciprocating piston compressors. Klüber Summit SH oils offer good oxidation stability due to the synthetic base oil, thus minimizing oxidation residues in the compressors and extending oil change intervals and the service life of oil filters and separators. Special inhibitors contained in the oils keep the inside of compressors clean. Owing to the evaporation stability of the base oil, the oil vapour content in the compressed air can be considerably reduced compared to conventional mineral oils.
