Synthetic lubricating oil for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries

Application Klüber Paraliq 91

PARALIQ 91 is used as release agent for baking tins and moulds in the food-processing industry. The lubricant can also be used as high-performance needle and sinker oil in textile machines as well as for deep-drawing or bending of packages for the pharmaceutical and foodprocessing industries. This special oil is tried-and-tested as release agent for moulds in blister machines used for the deep-drawing of film (bottom film).

Foodgrade - Fuchs Cassida Fluid Silicone

Properties

Silicone-based, fully synthetic, multi-purpose fluid.

Thermal stability up to 250 °C.

Excellent adhesive properties minimise fling-off in use and wash-off by both cold and hot water.

Readily displaces water.

Formulated for use on metal-to-non-metal or non-metal-to non-metal contact surfaces.

Application 

For lubrication of conveyors; slow rotating machinery;

Small, slow-speed bearings and pivot points found in equipment in the food industry.
