In addition, Hyspin AWH-M has excellent hydrolytic stability and separates rapidly from water contamination upon standing. Applications include: Outdoor equipment which are likely to operate in wide temperature ranges, such as machinery subjected to cold start up conditions and high temperature continuous running. Examples include off-highway and marine applications. Indoor manufacturing equipment that incorporates control systems requiring minimal viscosity change with temperature. Aircol PD grades are ashless oils recommended for the lubrication of rotors, bearings and gears in rotary compressors, especially the oil flooded screw type with lubricant drain cycles of up to 2000 hours under normal use. Normal use in screw type compressors is defined by a maximum air discharge temperature =/< 100°C as defined by ISO 6743-3:2003. Aircol PD can be used for either normal or severe duty lubrication of reciprocating and rotary drip-feed air compressors, as defined by ISO 6743. Normal duty is described as:- discharge temperatures =/< 165°C; differential pressures =/< 2.5 MPa (25 bar); discharge pressures =/< 7.0 MPa (70 bar). Severe Duty is described as:- discharge temperatures > 165°C; differential pressures > 2.5 MPa (25 bar); discharge pressures > 7.0 MPa (70 bar). Aircol PD compressor oils exhibit low carbon forming tendencies and meet the requirements of the DIN 51506 VDL classification for reciprocating compressors having air discharge temperatures up to 220°C. Selection of the required viscosity grade should be based upon the compressor manufacturers’ recommendation. However as a general guide Aircol PD 32 and 46 are suitable for oil flooded rotary compressors, whereas Aircol PD 68 and 100 would be selected for lubricating the crankcase and cylinders of reciprocating compressors. Aircol PD 150 is recommended for sliding-vane compressors, or for reciprocating units at high ambient temperatures. The Aircol PD range is fully compatible with nitrile, silicone and fluropolymer seal materials. Aircol PD is classified as follows: DIN 51506 classification - VDL; ISO 6743/3 - DAA and DAB for reciprocating air compressors, DAG for rotary air compressors. Aircol PD meets the requirements (for appropriate viscosity grade) of major compressor manufacturers such as Atlas Copco, Champion, Sullair, Compair/Broomwade, Ingersoll-Rand, Kaeser and Bauer.

Rustilo DWX 30 rapidly removes water from components subsequent to electroplating processes, after machining using soluble cutting fluids, or parts that have been washed. The very thin residual film provides effective medium term protection against corrosion during intermediate storage or transportation. Rustilo DWX 30 can also be used as a lubricant for mild press working, where corrosion protection without further treatment is required. Although Rustilo DWX 30 can be applied by brushing or spraying, its dewatering action is most effective if the articles to be protected can be immersed in a dip tank.

Performance Bio HE is intended for use in all hydraulic systems, where there is a risk that leaking fluid will contaminate ground water and the sewage system, such as in earthmoving machinery, refuse collection lorries, agricultural and forestry machinery, rail vehicles, presses and wrapping machines. Thanks to the carefully selected base oil, it can be used up to +120 °C. The viscosity index has a high value which means that the viscosity of the product depends relatively little on the temperature. The environmentally friendly nature, measured according to the CEC L-33-A-93 test is >90%. Performance Bio HE is not miscible with water. Performance Bio HE is miscible with hydraulic fluids based on mineral oil and vegetable or synthetic esters. Nevertheless, when switching from mineral oil based hydraulic fluids to Performance Bio HE it is recommended to empty the system completely as mixing with mineral oil reduces biodegradability and may lead to foaming problems. Performance Bio HE meets the requirements according to VDMA 24568 for a HEES (Hydraulic Environmental Ester Synthetic).
