The Mobil Vacuoline™ The 100 Series is a range of particularly high performance circulating system oils intended primarily for the lubrication of plain bearings in total fluid lubrication systems, especially those subject to severe water contamination, such as may be used for return guide bearings in metal rolling mills. They specifically meet the requirements for rolling bearings, including Morgan's state-of-the-art "super demulsibility". Mobil Vacuoline 100 Series oils are formulated from high-quality bases and additives to provide excellent water separation properties, good resistance to thermal degradation and oxidation, and protection against rust and corrosion.
Mobil Vacuoline 100 Series oils are resistant to the formation of emulsions and sludge. Therefore, the oils can contribute to cleaner systems and filters. Solid contaminants also separate easily and can be easily purified by centrifugation, filtering or settling. The Mobil Vacuoline 100 Series has a high viscosity index and good demulsibility that is maintained under conditions of severe water contamination and is recommended for single and double tank systems.
