TITAN ATF CVT field of applications:

TITAN ATF CVT has been tested successfully to be used in many CV-Transmissions of various brands (e.g. Audi Multitronic). TITAN ATF CVT has been developed the latest generation of Mercedes Benz CVT transmissions called Autotronic. Manufacturer’s oil drain intervals are mandatory. TITAN ATF CVT is miscible and compatible with conventional branded gear oils. However, mixing with other gear oils should be avoided in order to fully utilize the product’s benefits. PLANTOHYD 40 N

Environmentally compatible hydraulic and lubricating oils based on natural raw materials, type HETG according to ISO 15380, for mobile and stationary hydraulic equipment

PLANTOHYD 40 N field of applications:

PLANTOHYD 32 N resp. PLANTOHYD 40 N can be used in mobile and stationary hydraulic equipment for which an ISO VG 32 resp. ISO VG 46 hydraulic oil is recommended. The change-over guidelines according to ISO 15380 have to be observed when converting a system to PLANTOHYD N. Repair paints and paints which are not based on 2-component-systems might not be compatible with mineral oil as well as natural raw materials like PLANTOHYD N. The PLANTOHYD N products perform best at tank temperatures between 50 und 60°C. Recommended operating temperature range: -27°C to +70°C.

RENOLIT S 2 field of applications:

Due to its low dynamic friction, RENOLIT S 2 is recommended for the lubrication of small, high-speed rolling and plain bearings, even precision bearings, if the operating speed is higher than the speed limit for grease lubrication specified by the rolling bearing manufacturer, even at low and very different temperatures.

GLEITMO 805 field of applications:

GLEITMO 805 can be used for machine elements of all types, simultaneously subject to extreme pressures, shock loads and vibratory or oscillatory movements. For paired sliding surfaces which have a tendency to stick-slip and seizure. For low sliding speeds and high pressures, if fretting corrosion occurs.

GLEITMO 805 method of applications:

Clean the surfaces if possible and apply GLEITMO 805 with a brush or a lint-free cloth. Otherwise, application as usual for greases.
