Description CASTROL HONILO 930

Castrol Honilo 900 is a series of chlorine-free activated metalworking fluids. It contains no PCB or PCTs and no other chlorinated components.

These properties, such as excellent flushing action and easy chip removal, are of great importance for the mentioned operations. They remain clear and transparent even during prolonged use and have good resistance to aging. The excellent cooling performance results in low temperatures, allowing very tight tolerances to be maintained. The activation package is selected to ensure optimal tool life, even under the most severe machining conditions. The good flushing action enables operations with very fine stones without clogging. Thus, Castrol Honilo 930 is recommended for honing cast iron. Castrol Honilo 971, on the other hand, is extremely suitable for honing tough steel grades in heavy-duty machining and deep hole drilling.
